No more rogue PPTs - brand governance solved

We say: "It's as much about what you can't do, as what you can!"

We've all seen those rogue PPT slides using the wrong fonts, colours & outdated logos. Or how about those slide layouts where everything is crammed in to fit - with text that's way too dense. Worst of all, those squashed images, where someone has changed a picture's shape. Yes PowerPoint has some controls you can enforce, but they're often easy to get around.

If you want to say goodbye to these headaches, you need a system that tightly enforces brand guidelines and keeps all of this strictly under control. Here's how we do it...

Summary

It's worth noting that because styling is separated from content, via themes, if I change the theme, I can render the slide (or the whole presentation) in a different brand. Content and images stay the same of course, but the fonts, colours, logos etc etc will reflect a different brand.

Additionally, using the system's powerful, granular permission system, it's possible to assign people different roles and let higher level (more trusted) users access much more flexible templates than shown here.

In short, with the right tools, keeping everyone 'on brand' needn't be hard.

Does this broadly cover what you'd need with regard to presentation brand governance - or are there still issues that we haven't covered? Our Companyapp platform is always evolving, so we'd love to hear from you if you think we've missed something. Your insights are incredibly helpful as we refine the experience.

Best,

Alan
